I thought that the interview with Mrs. Stan was very interesting. I was just wondering if she told you any of the questions that she was asked before she could proceed out of the airport? And were those questions the same as the ones that the other immigrants had to answer?
I really enjoyed watching the interview with Mrs. Stan. I just wanted to know if the lottery that gives people from other countries the chance to come to America still exists.
The interview with Mrs. Stan was cool. I thought it was really interesting that a lot of the things she went through, the immigrants that we learned about went through too. It made it seem a little more relevant to out lives.
I thought it was going to be some extemely old person that Mr McCarthy knew, i was so glad that it was Mrs. Stan. I didn't even think that she could've been one haha. I think this really helped with the quiz thing you gave out because it helped me understand different points of view of the process of immigration. Also, it just helped me understand it in general. I never knew about the lottery thing. I thought that was pretty great. I think you should do this again if you can because it helped me to learn more about what we're learning about in class.
I learned a lot from this experience as well. People often forget that immigration is something that occurs everyday and that the variety of people who immigrate and their experiences is far more diverse than we realize.
The interview was awesome! Mrs. Stan is soo cool and I really learned a lot. I mean, who knew the processes these days are soo complex to move countries? I've never even moved houses. I wonder how hard it was for her and her family to pick up English here...
i think that the interveiw with Mrs. Stan was a very good idea! it helped me understtand immagration and what they went through a lot better! you should interveiw people and even students on things a lot this year! it helped a lot.

I think Jazman is right. I will try to find people from outside of the class/school this year who can share their experiences with us to help us learn more about American history.
