I think that that speech that President Obama made was very powerful and very encouraging to students. And it will make them want to try their best in school. Also, maybe it will keep the kids that wnat to drop out stay in school.
I think that, coming from the President of the United States, the speech was made more powerful. Now, maybe students will listen and believe their teachers when they say staying in school is the best thing they can do for themselves and their futures right now. I think the speech will, overall, have a positive affect on the nation.
